Next door to Monsey.
Spring Valley business phones.
Spring Valley sits between Monsey and New Square in the Town of Ramapo, and its business life runs along Route 59, Route 45 and Main Street: home care agencies, therapy and medical practices, schools, property managers, and the shops that serve a village that keeps growing. Vocatech serves them from Brooklyn at one flat price per seat, with the same people on the line.
Why Spring Valley picks Vocatech.
Rockland is home care country
Spring Valley and Monsey hold some of the busiest home care agencies in the state. Queues, call recording and HHAeXchange matching are built in, not bolted on.
Route 59 to Route 45
Medical offices on Route 59, schools off Route 45, a property office on Main Street: one platform and one bill for every address, with extensions that follow people between them.
Shared desks, shared numbers
Family businesses with several numbers on one desk. Callpop shows who is calling and on which line before anyone picks up.
Yiddish and English
Greetings and auto attendants in both languages, and a person on our own line who hears which one the caller wants.
The calendar is built in
Friday early close, Shabbos and Yom Tov set once in the portal and applied to every greeting and queue. Nothing to remember on Erev Yom Tov.
Keep your 845 numbers
We port your Spring Valley numbers at no charge, most within about a week, and the old line keeps ringing until the new one is live.
Brooklyn headquarters
5314 18th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11204
Up the Palisades Parkway from Brooklyn, about an hour.
Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 12 PM, Eastern. English and Yiddish.
In and around Spring Valley.
Not on the list? The platform is the same anywhere in the country, and the same team answers.
The flavors you will recognize.
The full Vocatech platform, delivered locally.
A real person picks up
The same small team that builds the product answers the phone. No carrier handoff, no offshore queue.
Carrier-grade platform
A carrier-grade platform underneath, our own software on top. The same kind of platform the biggest carriers run on.
Local presence
We know the community, the rhythms, the holiday calendar, and the way local businesses actually work.
Tailored workflows for your industry.
What Spring Valley asks us first.
- What does it cost?
- $29.95 per seat a month, every feature included, month to month, no contract. Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are included; the only separate line is sales tax where the state requires it. Add-ons and usage are on the pricing page.
- Can we keep our phone numbers?
- Yes. We port them at no charge, most within about a week. Your old system keeps ringing until the port completes, so the switch happens without a gap.
- Do you come out to Rockland?
- The whole switch is done for you from Brooklyn: porting, desk phones that arrive configured and plug into your network, Webex and Callpop setup, staff training, go-live. We do no on-site wiring, so there is nothing to wait for.
- Do you handle Friday closings and Yom Tov?
- Yes. A schedule with the Friday early close, Shabbos and Yom Tov is set once in the portal and attached to every greeting and queue. Greetings can be in English and Yiddish.
- Who picks up when we call you?
- A person on our team, in English or Yiddish. Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday 9 AM to 12 PM Eastern, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. For an outage after hours there is an emergency line.
- Is there a contract?
- No contract, month to month. Instead of a trial, a real person shows you the system on your own calls and sets you up the way you want.
