- What does it cost?
- $29.95 per seat a month, every feature included, month to month, no contract. Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are included; the only separate line is New York sales tax. Add-ons and usage are on the pricing page.
- Can we keep our phone numbers?
- Yes. We port them at no charge, most within about a week. Your old system keeps ringing until the port completes, so the switch happens without a gap.
- Do you come out to Kiryas Joel?
- The whole switch is done for you from Brooklyn: porting, desk phones that arrive configured and plug into your network, Webex and Callpop setup, staff training, go-live. We do no on-site wiring, so there is nothing to wait for.
- Can the greetings be in Yiddish?
- Yes. Every greeting and menu can be in Yiddish and English, typed for text-to-speech or recorded in your own voice. Our team answers your calls to us in Yiddish too.
- Do you handle Yom Tov and the Friday close?
- Yes. A schedule with the Friday early close, Shabbos and Yom Tov is set once in the portal and attached to every greeting and queue.
- Is there a contract?
- No contract, month to month. Instead of a trial, a real person shows you the system on your own calls and sets you up the way you want.
