Getting Started:

To streamline the process, our support team will guide you through the following steps after Vocatech configures your account for the first time:

• We will create a developer account with your main login.
• We will create a service app.
• We will access admin.webex.com.
• We will enable the Textdock sidebar embedded app.
• We will enable the Textdock service app created in your developer account.
• You will re-sign into your Webex app.

You’re ready to start using Textdock for inbound and outbound text messages.
