Platform. Integrations

You decide what gets connected.
We build it.

This is not an app store. There is no fixed list of 47 connectors. Tell us what system you use and what you want to happen. We build it, host it, and keep it running. Usually for the price of lunch.

Your CRM feeds our products
We read your customer records, accounts, and case data so Callpop shows the right context and Reports ties calls to the right people.

Every call, every transcript, every AI summary flows back into your system of record. Auto-log the call. Open a ticket. Kick off a task. Whatever you want to happen.
The philosophy

Not an app store. A custom shop.

Most phone-system companies do not offer this at all. The local providers give you three connectors their way or nothing. The big brands hand you a marketplace of fifty pre-built tiles and wish you luck. Either way, what you actually need is not on the list, and you end up hiring a developer, stitching things together with Zapier, or giving up.

We flipped it. You tell us what you need. Our team scopes it, writes the code, runs it on our servers, and stands behind it. AI has made custom development fast and cheap, so we pass the savings on. What a contractor used to quote at tens of thousands of dollars, we ship for a few hundred. For large accounts we often do it for free.

Unique in the market

We do not know of anyone else doing this.

RingCentral, 8x8

The big-brand app store

  • Fixed list of pre-built connectors
  • You adapt to their integration
  • Not on the list? Hire a developer
  • Zapier middleware to fill gaps
Regional phone companies

The local reseller

  • Maybe three or four CRMs supported
  • One-size-fits-all implementation
  • Custom work is not on the menu
  • Costs as much as a new phone system
The Vocatech way

Vocatech

  • You describe what you want
  • We build it on our platform
  • Usually a few hundred dollars
  • Hosted and maintained by us
What it connects to, on our side

All four Vocatech products are fair game.

Whatever we build flows through the products you already use. Your caseworker sees the right record in Callpop. Your team sees the AI summary show up in Salesforce. The customer never knows the plumbing is custom.

Callpop
A popup when the phone rings showing the caller’s record, CRM links, and history. Works better the more we know about your contacts.
Reports
Every call logged with the AI summary and transcript. Search by phone number and see the full story.
Portal
Admin area where you wire contacts, pick field mappings, and turn specific integrations on.
Textdock
SMS and WhatsApp inside Webex. Customer data from your CRM surfaces inside the space.
Examples

Things we have built for customers.

Every item below was a custom job for a specific customer. If any of these sound close to what you need, say so. We will adapt them.

Push out

Auto-log every call in Salesforce

Call ends, transcript finishes, AI summary is ready. We drop a Salesforce Task on the matching Contact with the summary, recording link, and duration.

Pull in

QuickBooks context in Callpop

When a customer calls, Callpop shows their outstanding invoices, last payment date, and account status. Pulled live from QuickBooks Online.

Push out

Transcript becomes a to-do list

AI parses the transcript for commitments like "send the quote Friday" and creates tasks in your project-management tool on its own.

Pull in

Healthcare EHR patient match

Inbound call matches a patient record in HHAeXchange, Epic, or your custom EHR. Caseworker sees the patient and last visit before picking up.

Push out

Zoho CRM sync

Every call logged as a Zoho activity. Outgoing sales calls get a quick follow-up task seeded automatically from the AI summary.

Both

Your in-house tool

Custom dispatch software, internal ERP, proprietary case management. If it has an API or a URL pattern, we wire it up cleanly.

How it runs

On our servers, not yours.

Every custom integration runs on a dedicated VM we manage. We monitor it, patch it, keep it on the API versions the other vendors move to. If something breaks, we fix it. You do not get a 2 AM call.

One-time build
A few hundred dollars for most cases. Large-account customers often get the whole build done at no charge.
$25 per month to run it
A small managed-hosting fee covers the dedicated VM, uptime monitoring, and ongoing version upkeep.
We stay on top of it
When Salesforce changes an API or QuickBooks deprecates an endpoint, we update the integration automatically.
Why this is possible now

AI made custom development cheap.

Four years ago, building a bespoke integration meant a developer at $150 an hour for a week. Most small companies could not justify the price. Today, our engineers build the same integration in an afternoon using AI tooling. We pass that economics on. What used to be a capital project is now a line item.

Everything on this page is part of the same Vocatech service. Nothing on it is an upgrade tier. Nothing on it is a premium add-on.
