Platform. Callpop

Know every caller.
Before you say hello.

A small desktop popup that surfaces who is calling, which account they belong to, and one-click links into every system you use. Before the third ring.

Anatomy of the popup

Four zones. Plus a history click away.

The popup is small on purpose and precise on purpose. Click the history icon next to the number and every past call, every text, every AI summary for this caller opens in one window. Nobody else has this.

01

Caller

The person on the other end. Their name and number, big and up top. A small 1-of-N navigator appears when the number matches more than one record.

02

Context fields

Whatever matters to your team. A coordinator name, a building, a patient, a case manager, a company, an email. You tell us what to show and we show it.

03

Quick links

One-click shortcuts into QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, HHAeXchange, or any system with a URL pattern. Scrollable carousel, as many as you need.

04

Controls

Answer, decline, silence before pickup. End, hold, resume, transfer during the call. A live timer on the right.

How the integration works

No lookup. No login. No lag.

Most CRM pop-ups ask the user to sign in, grant access, and wait while the system looks up the caller at call time. We do it the other way around.

The usual way
Lookup at call time
  • × User must log into the CRM first.
  • × Each user needs integration permissions.
  • × Lookup happens after the phone rings.
  • × Credential problems break it silently.
  • × Changes to the CRM mean reconfiguring every seat.
The Vocatech way
Context pushed with the call
  • We already know who matches the number on our side.
  • CRM URLs and fields are sent inside the call event.
  • Popup renders in milliseconds. No user login required.
  • One admin changes the mapping once; every seat updates.
  • Works with QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, HHAeXchange, Zoho, or your own URL patterns.

Your in-house tool

The list is not the limit. Anything with a URL pattern that takes a customer ID. A homegrown CRM, a case-management system, a custom admin portal. Works with Callpop. If you can link to a record, we can open it.

Multi-contact navigation

One phone number, many accounts.

A parent calls a healthcare office on behalf of three children. A property owner calls a management company about one of four buildings. The same phone number points to multiple records in the system. Callpop handles it.

The 1/3 matters

The little 1/3 in the corner tells the receptionist this caller is linked to three records. Arrow keys or the chevrons flip between them. Each record has its own CRM links, so a single click opens the right account. No digging.

This is the feature our healthcare and property-management customers wait for. If your industry has one person responsible for several accounts, we have you covered.

Configured to your team

Set it once. It stays out of your way.

Every setting a real desk worker asks for, one click away from the tray icon. Pick an answer device and a wrap-up window. Choose which corner, which monitor, how CRM links open. Toggle notifications for outgoing dials and internal extension calls. Set the ringtone and volume, or keep it silent if your headset already rings.

Why Callpop

Answer with context, not a cold “hello.”

The first ten seconds of a call decide the rest of it. Callpop puts the caller's name, their account, their history, and one-click access to every system you use on the screen before you even pick up. The receptionist sounds like they were waiting for the call. Customers notice. Staff stop copy-pasting phone numbers into search bars. The call starts faster, ends sooner, and gets logged automatically.
