Phone service for contractors and trades.
The work happens on the job, and the calls come in while your hands are full. We put the office line on your cell, keep every missed call on a list until someone calls back, take emergency calls at any hour, and keep the customer’s photos on the business number.
The calls that come in while you are on a job.
Six of them, and what the service does when each one rings.
The office line goes wherever the job is today.
What most contractors live with, and what changes once the calls run through us.
A cell phone and a notepad.
- The business number rings one person’s cell.
- A missed call is a job someone else gets.
- Nights and weekends go to voicemail.
- Photos of the job sit in one person’s phone.
- Calls back show a personal number.
Every call answered, kept or handed on.
- The office line rings on every cell you choose.
- Every missed call stays on a list.
- Emergencies reach the tech on call.
- Photos land where the office sees them.
- Calls back show the business number.
Three steps, and the number on your trucks stays.
Nothing in the switch needs a visit, and the old line rings until the day the number moves.
- 01
Your crew on the app
Each person gets an extension on the Webex app, on a cell or a desk phone, and the schedule says who rings by day and who takes the night.
- 02
Your customers come in
Customers come in from your job software as a file, by email or on a schedule, with the address and the last job as fields on the popup.
- 03
Your numbers move
Your numbers port at no charge, about a week out, on a Monday to Thursday at 6 PM, the same number on your trucks, your ads and your listings.
Questions contractors ask before they switch.
“Can I answer the business line on my cell?”
Yes. The Webex app puts your extension on your cell, or Office Anywhere rings your cell over the regular signal. Either way, calls back show the business number, not your own.
“What happens to the calls I miss on a job?”
Each one stays on the missed list in Reports until someone calls the number back, and you get an email within seconds with who called. A voicemail shows in Reports with a summary of what was said.
“Can the AI Agent book a job?”
It takes the request with the details you ask for, the address, the problem and how urgent, and sends it to you. With your booking system connected it can offer open times. It never quotes a price.
“Our calls show up as Spam Likely. Can you fix that?”
Every call we send is signed with the highest attestation. The label comes from the called person’s own carrier, and the free registration at the Free Caller Registry is the fix. We walk you through it.
“Can customers text us photos?”
Yes, on the business number. Photos show in the Webex space as pictures, the office and the tech see the same thread, and every picture is kept, so the before and after of a job stay on file.
“Can calls be recorded?”
Yes, every call or only some lines, with a summary of what was quoted or agreed. New York and New Jersey let a party to the call record it, and each recording stays at least a year.
“What does it cost for three in the office and five trucks?”
$29.95 per seat a month, and every person on the app is a seat, so eight seats are $239.60, with every feature in each. Federal telecom fees are included, and nothing is added in New Jersey.
“Is there a contract?”
No. Month to month, no early-termination fee, and your number leaves with you if you go. There is no trial. A person shows you the system on your own calls and sets up the night line with you.
Where we serve contractors and trades. Contractors in these towns run their phones with our office in Brooklyn, and nothing in the switch needs a visit.
Every town we serveOne price, every seat
One price for every seat on the crew.
A person picks up, shows you the system on your own calls, and sets up the cells, the missed calls and the night line with you.
$29.95 per seat per month, every feature in every seat, month to month, no contract. New York sales tax is the one line added in New York. Nothing is added in New Jersey. Add-ons and usage
