If price is your only question, the local reseller wins. If feature depth is your only question, the big vendor has more logos on their partner page. Vocatech is for the office that cares about both.
The pricing game we don't play.
Other providers know a small company does not need every feature. So they sell you a Core plan. Then as you grow you need CRM integrations, so now you are Advanced. Then you need real analytics, so now you are Ultra. Then your support needs show up, and there is a plan for that too.
By the time you have a hundred seats, you are on the top tier and the volume discount they offer still leaves you paying more per seat than you paid when you started.
We do not do that. Whether you have five users or a hundred, you get every feature at the same rate. As your team grows, you do not get pushed up a tier. You just get more of what you already had.
As your team gets bigger, so does what we wrap around it.
The price stays the same. What changes is the service around the account. None of this is a separate tier. It is what “included” means when you are big enough to need it.
Every question people ask, already answered.
Eight promises that shape how we price. Read them top to bottom and you will know exactly what you are signing up for.
Why one flat price instead of tiers?
Tiers exist to push a growing account into a more expensive plan. We hold the same rate for every customer and include every feature from the first seat onward.
Is there a contract?
No contracts, ever. Month-to-month, always. Eighteen years of customers have stayed because the service works, not because they were locked in or billed to leave.
Do you charge extra for call recording or AI?
No upgrade tier. Call recording, transcription and AI summaries are part of the Collaboration Suite on every seat, from day one. No gating. No upsell call a year in to unlock the things you actually need.
Can we negotiate?
There is nothing to negotiate on the rate. Everyone pays the same. That is the point of the model. At scale we negotiate service, not price.
Why no volume discounts?
A volume discount is usually the moment a vendor pushed you into a more expensive plan and then gave a little back. We hold the rate from day one.
What about taxes and fees?
Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are on us. No recovery or compliance fees. Beyond that, only add-ons, usage, and sales tax where your state requires it. See our tax methodology page.
What about over a hundred users?
The rate stays the same. Larger accounts usually have moving parts. Multi-location, compliance, integrations. Easier to solve in a short conversation.
Cheaper somewhere else?
Probably on paper. You will not find a lower all-in number once taxes, fees, the tier you need, and a provider who does not know your name are added.
Only if you need them.
Billed only when it happens.
Metered by the minute, the call or the message. Most seats never see a usage line.
Inbound calls to your toll-free number only.
Every destination, landline or mobile. Off until you ask us to turn it on.
For API messaging above the included allowance, and for mass texting. The general API key includes 20 messages a minute and 200 a day at no charge.
Outside of sales tax where your state requires it, and the add-ons and usage above when you use them, $29.95 is the number on your bill. No regulatory recovery fees. No surcharges.
Try it free through the end of the month.
A real person sets you up, ports your numbers, and stays with you.
