Main Avenue to Passaic Park,
Passaic business phones.
Passaic's business life runs along Main Avenue and Broadway and through Passaic Park, with Clifton across the border on Route 3 and Allwood, twenty minutes from the George Washington Bridge. Real estate offices, insurance agencies, practices, schools and nonprofits run here on the same phone numbers they have had for years. Vocatech moves them to a flat price per seat without changing the number anyone knows.
Why Passaic picks Vocatech.
Closer than it looks
Under an hour from our Brooklyn office over the George Washington Bridge. Hands on the phones when a job needs it, remote for everything else.
Passaic and Clifton, one system
An office in Passaic and a branch in Clifton on one phone system, one bill, extensions that follow people between them.
Real estate and insurance volume
Queues for the busy hours, call recording for the disputes, Callpop that shows who is calling before the second ring.
Schools and nonprofits
Auto attendants in Yiddish and English, a schedule that already knows the calendar, and no per-feature surprises on the bill.
Practices, recorded
Every call recorded and transcribed, after-hours routing to the on-call line, voicemail that arrives as text.
Keep your 973 numbers
Passaic and Clifton numbers port at no charge, most within about a week, with the old line ringing until the new one is live.

What Passaic asks us first.
- What does a seat cost?
- $29.95 per seat a month, and that is the whole price: every feature, every seat, month to month, no contract. Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are included; sales tax is the one separate line where the state requires it. Add-ons and usage are on the pricing page.
- Can our numbers come with us?
- Yes, and there is no fee for it. Most ports complete within about a week, and your current phones keep working until the moment the new ones take over.
- Do you come out to Passaic?
- The whole switch is done for you from Brooklyn: porting, desk phones that arrive configured and plug into your network, Webex and Callpop setup, staff training, go-live. We do no on-site wiring, so there is nothing to wait for.
- Who sets the Yom Tov greetings?
- You do, once. The schedule in the portal carries the Friday early close, Shabbos and Yom Tov, and every greeting and queue follows it. English and Yiddish greetings are both fine.
- What happens when we call support?
- A person picks up, in English or Yiddish. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday 9 AM to 12 PM Eastern, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, and an emergency line covers an outage after hours.
- How long are we locked in?
- You are not. Month to month, no contract. Instead of a trial, a real person shows you the system on your own calls and sets you up the way you want.
