“Is there a real person to call?”
Yes. Monday to Thursday 9 to 5 and Friday 9 to 12, Eastern, a person in Brooklyn picks up, in English or Yiddish. After hours the AI Agent takes the message. Call after hours and hear it yourself.
“Will switching be a headache?”
No. We port your numbers at no charge, build your menus and groups from your answers, and ship the desk phones configured. Your old system keeps ringing until the port completes, on a weekday you pick.
“What if we want to leave?”
You can, any month. There is no contract and no early termination fee, your numbers leave with you at no charge, and the only cost is the month already running.
“Is there a minimum?”
No. One seat is an account, at the same price as the fiftieth. Seats are added or removed as your office changes, and there is no setup fee, no activation fee and no contract to sign.
“Do we need new phones?”
Not always. Any Poly phone and the popular Yealink models come over with you, and the Webex app makes a computer or a cell an extension. New Poly phones ship configured when you want them.
“Will callers be talking to a bot?”
No, unless you choose it. The AI writes the transcript and summary of every recorded call. The AI Agent answers only the calls you send its way, and hands the caller to a person the moment they ask.
“What about HIPAA?”
The Business Associate Agreement is on the portal’s Compliance page. An authorized person accepts it there at no charge, and the page names the channels to keep off, texting among them.
“What happens after I press Contact?”
A person calls you back and walks you through the system on a Webex call, on your own numbers, with no card up front. If it fits, we set the port date and build your system before the numbers move.
