- Nothing changes for your callers. The numbers port over at no charge, most within about a week, and the old system keeps answering until the port is done.
- Do you come out to Jackson?
- The whole switch is done for you from Brooklyn: porting, desk phones that arrive configured and plug into your network, Webex and Callpop setup, staff training, go-live. We do no on-site wiring, so there is nothing to wait for.
- Can the system close early on Friday by itself?
- Yes. The Friday early close is part of the schedule you set once in the portal, together with Shabbos and Yom Tov, and every greeting and queue follows it without anyone touching a phone.
- Is there a real person on your line?
- Yes. Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday 9 AM to 12 PM Eastern a person on our team answers, in English or Yiddish, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. For an outage after hours there is an emergency line.
