- $29.95 per seat a month, every feature included, no contract. Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are in the price; sales tax is separate where the state requires it. Add-ons and usage are on the pricing page.
- Do we lose our numbers when we switch?
- No. The numbers port to Vocatech at no charge, most within about a week, with the old line live until the port completes.
- Do you come out to Linden?
- The whole switch is done for you from Brooklyn: porting, desk phones that arrive configured and plug into your network, Webex and Callpop setup, staff training, go-live. We do no on-site wiring, so there is nothing to wait for.
- Does it know the calendar?
- Yes. Friday early close, Shabbos and Yom Tov live in one schedule in the portal, and every greeting and queue follows it. Greetings in English, Yiddish or both.
