You signed up. Good. Here is what you actually have.

Vocatech is one flat price ($29.95 per seat, per month) and everything is on by default. No tiers. No feature packs. Month to month. This article is the map.

What you get

Every extension includes the full platform. You will not hit a paywall in week two asking you to upgrade.

  • Webex for BroadWorks. Desktop, mobile, tablet. Calling, messaging, meetings up to 100 people.
  • Admin Portal at admin.vocatech.com. One-page workflows for auto attendants, hunt groups, call centers, users.
  • Reports. Live calls, 40+ metrics, charts, journey-based call logs. Real time, not yesterday's CDR.
  • Callpop. Desktop popup on every incoming call with CRM quick-links.
  • Textdock. SMS and WhatsApp inside Webex, shared across the team.
  • Developer API at api.vocatech.com, plus webhooks and an MCP endpoint for AI agents.

Calling features

Every extension ships with the premium BroadWorks feature set. Transfer, park, pickup, forward-always, forward-on-busy, forward-selective, voicemail-to-email, call history, HD video, E911, AI noise removal, BroadWorks Anywhere for cellular fallback.

Auto attendants support business hours, after-hours, and holiday routing with submenus and key-press mapping. Hunt groups and standard call centers have overflow, threshold alerts, and agent management.

Recording and AI

Recording is enabled per extension on request. Once it is on, every call is captured, transcribed by Whisper, summarized by GPT, and scored for sentiment. Recordings typically appear in the portal within 10 seconds of a call ending.

Retention is at least one year. Playback sits directly inside the call journey in Reports.

Messaging included

SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp Business API on your main company number. No extra charge. Two delivery modes: email-based or Textdock inside Webex. Most customers pick Textdock so the team can share conversations.

10DLC registration is required for SMS. We handle the submission with your EIN and business info. WhatsApp needs a Facebook Business account and a guided activation session. We walk you through it.

What is not included

A few things sit outside the $29.95.

  • Messaging on a user's direct number (DID). The main company number has messaging free. If a specific user wants SMS on their personal DID, it is $4.95/month added on.
  • Extra routing numbers. Additional numbers pointing at auto attendants, hunt groups, or call centers are $4.95/month each.
  • Virtual fax. Fax-to-email and email-to-fax is $14.95/month per fax line.
  • Paging and doorbells. AudioCodes ATA or OnSIP doorbell registration, $14.95/month.
  • Hardware. Poly desk phones and Rove cordless sets are one-time purchases, not included in the seat price.

If a line item is not in that list, it is in the $29.95.

A real person picks up at 718.395.1550 during business hours, usually within minutes. You can also reach us by text, WhatsApp, or email. Onboarding is coordinated one-on-one, not through a ticket queue.

When you are ready, the next step is usually porting your existing numbers. That one takes the longest, so start there.
