The biggest borough,
one phone system.
Queens is the biggest borough by area and the hardest to drive across, which is why its businesses want a phone company that fixes things without a visit. From Kew Gardens Hills and Forest Hills to Flushing, Fresh Meadows and Far Rockaway, Vocatech serves practices, firms, schools and shops from Brooklyn at one flat price per seat.
Why Queens picks Vocatech.
Across the borough, one system
An office in Forest Hills and a second in Far Rockaway on one phone system, extensions that ring wherever the person is, one bill.
Practices and pharmacies
Call recording on every line, queues for the morning rush, after-hours routing to the on-call phone, refill lines that never get a busy signal.
Accounting and real estate
Callpop shows who is calling and their history before anyone picks up; the missed-call report shows who never got called back.
Yiddish and English
Greetings and auto attendants in both languages, and a person on our own line in either.
The calendar, set once
Friday early close, Shabbos and Yom Tov set once in the portal and applied to every greeting and queue.
Keep your 718 and 347 numbers
Queens numbers port at no charge, most within about a week, with no gap.
Brooklyn headquarters
5314 18th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11204
Across the Jackie Robinson Parkway from Brooklyn, twenty to forty minutes depending on where in Queens.
Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 12 PM, Eastern. English and Yiddish.
In and around Queens.
Not on the list? The platform is the same anywhere in the country, and the same team answers.
The flavors you will recognize.
The full Vocatech platform, delivered locally.
A real person picks up
The same small team that builds the product answers the phone. No carrier handoff, no offshore queue.
Carrier-grade platform
A carrier-grade platform underneath, our own software on top. The same kind of platform the biggest carriers run on.
Local presence
We know the community, the rhythms, the holiday calendar, and the way local businesses actually work.
Tailored workflows for your industry.
What Queens asks us first.
- Is the price really flat?
- Yes. $29.95 per seat a month, every feature in every seat, month to month, no contract. Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are included; the only separate line is sales tax where the state requires it. Add-ons and usage are on the pricing page.
- Can we bring our numbers over?
- Yes. Porting is free, most numbers move in about a week, and your old service keeps ringing until the new one is live.
- Do you come out to Queens?
- The whole switch is done for you from Brooklyn: porting, desk phones that arrive configured and plug into your network, Webex and Callpop setup, staff training, go-live. We do no on-site wiring, so there is nothing to wait for.
- How do holidays and Friday work?
- One schedule in the portal holds the Friday early close, Shabbos and Yom Tov, and every greeting and queue follows it. The greetings can be recorded in English and Yiddish.
- Who do we talk to when something breaks?
- Someone on our team, in English or Yiddish, Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday 9 AM to 12 PM Eastern, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. For an outage after hours there is an emergency line.
- What is the commitment?
- Month to month, no contract. Instead of a trial, a real person shows you the system on your own calls and sets you up the way you want.
