Scheduled email reports deliver a daily summary of the previous day's calls to your inbox. Totals, top numbers, missed calls, and AI summaries of each recorded conversation. Open your email in the morning, see what happened yesterday.
They are configured per company in admin.vocatech.com. Anyone with portal access can set one up. Changes are live the next time the report runs.
What the email contains
The default daily email includes a block of statistics at the top, a list of calls below, and AI summaries next to each call where recording is enabled.
- Total incoming and outgoing calls
- Missed and unreturned calls
- Average handle time
- List of every call with caller, callee, duration, and time
- AI summary text inline for recorded calls
Recipients and shadow subscribers
Add any email address to the recipient list. Internal addresses, external accountants, a shared inbox, whatever you need. Each recipient gets the same report at the same time.
Shadow subscribers receive the report without appearing on the main recipient list. Useful for an auditor or a parent company that wants visibility without being in the standard distribution.
Templates
The default template covers most use cases. If you want a different format, contact support. Common customizations include filtering to specific hunt groups, excluding internal calls, or adding custom headers and footers.
Templates are set per recipient list. One company can send a detailed version to the operations team and a shorter version to the owner.
Delivery time
Reports run once per day. The default send time is early morning, Eastern Time, covering the previous business day. Support can adjust the send time to match your timezone or workflow.
If a report fails to generate or deliver, the system retries automatically and alerts support. You do not have to monitor it.
