The admin portal lives at admin.vocatech.com. It is where you manage users, auto attendants, hunt groups, call centers, phone numbers, schedules, integrations, billing, and reports.
Everything is on one page where possible. No clicking through five nested tabs to change one setting.
Sign in
Go to admin.vocatech.com in any modern browser. Use the credentials we set up during onboarding. If you are the only admin, that is you. If others need access, see the article on adding users.
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge all work. Internet Explorer is not supported.
The sidebar
The left sidebar is your map. Top to bottom, the sections are:
- Users. Every person with a seat. Add admins, edit permissions, manage devices.
- Extensions. The list of extension numbers in your system.
- Auto Attendants. The phone menus callers hear when they call in.
- Hunt Groups. Groups that ring multiple extensions together.
- Call Centers. Queues with agents, overflow, and thresholds.
- Numbers. Your phone numbers, main and secondary.
- Schedules. Business hours, after-hours, holiday calendars.
- Integrations. API keys, webhooks, MCP, Callpop configuration.
- Billing. Invoices, payment status, line items.
- Reports. Live calls, stats, charts, journey logs.
The top bar
The top bar has your user menu on the right and a quick search on the left. Click your name to sign out or switch companies if you manage more than one.
Quick search jumps to any user, extension, or number by name. Type three letters and hit enter.
Where to find what
Common tasks and their locations:
- Change an auto attendant greeting: Auto Attendants, click the attendant, update the greeting section.
- Add someone to a hunt group: Hunt Groups, click the group, agents tab.
- See which calls are happening right now: Reports, Live Calls view.
- Check an invoice: Billing, invoice list.
- Enable HIPAA: Users menu then HIPAA settings.
Saving changes
Most pages save automatically when you click off a field. A small confirmation banner appears at the top. Where a Save button exists, it sits in the bottom right of the page.
If you close the tab mid-edit, the page will warn you. Your changes are not committed until the confirmation shows.
