Callpop is not just a popup. Click the phone number in the popup and a side panel expands, showing every previous call with that caller and an AI-generated summary of each one.
Instead of scrambling for context in your CRM, you read the last three lines of summary and know exactly where the conversation left off.
The expand panel
Click the caller's phone number. The panel slides out with the full call history for that number, newest first. Each row shows the date, duration, who answered, and a short AI summary generated right after the call ended.
Click any row to open the full call journey in the Reports portal, where you can listen to the recording and read the full transcript.
AI summaries
Summaries are generated automatically after the call ends, usually within a minute. They capture the key points of the conversation: what the caller asked about, what was agreed, and any followups.
Summaries require call recording to be enabled on the extension. If you do not see summaries, recording may not be turned on for your seat. Contact support.
Inline SMS
From the same expand panel, you can send an SMS to the caller without switching apps. Type a short message in the box at the bottom and hit send. The message goes out from your company number.
Useful for sending addresses, confirmation codes, or a quick "heading out, will call you back in 10."
Multi-contact navigation
Some numbers map to multiple records. One building's front desk might serve six residents. One agency's main line might serve fifty patients. Callpop shows every matching record in a quick-switch list at the top of the panel.
Click between contacts to see their individual history and open their CRM records. Useful in healthcare, real estate, property management, and any business where one number serves many people.
No login required
Callpop uses the sign-in from install. You do not log in again per call. The expand panel is available as soon as the popup appears, no extra clicks to authenticate.
