Twenty minutes up the BQE.
Williamsburg business phones.
Williamsburg is twenty minutes up the BQE from our office on 18th Avenue, and its business runs on the phone: distributors and wholesalers off Flushing Avenue, property managers and real estate offices on Lee and Bedford, home care agencies, practices, schools, and the shops that line the avenues. Vocatech serves them at one flat price per seat, in Yiddish and English, with a person on the line.
Why Williamsburg picks Vocatech.
Twenty minutes from the office
Our headquarters is on 18th Avenue in Borough Park. When a job needs hands on the phones, we are up the BQE, not on a plane.
Distributors and wholesalers
Lots of lines, lots of callbacks. Queues for the order desk, call recording for the disputes, Callpop so the warehouse knows who is calling.
Property managers
One system across every building office, the tenant line recorded and routed after hours, voicemail that arrives as text.
Home care and practices
Every call recorded and transcribed, HHAeXchange matching for the agencies, after-hours routing to the on-call phone.
Yiddish first, English too
Greetings and auto attendants in both; our own line is answered in both.
Keep your 718 numbers
Williamsburg numbers port at no charge, most within about a week, and the old line rings until the new one is live.

Not on the list? The platform is the same anywhere in the country, and the same team answers.
The flavors you will recognize.
The full Vocatech platform, delivered locally.
A real person picks up
The same small team that builds the product answers the phone. No carrier handoff, no offshore queue.
Carrier-grade platform
A carrier-grade platform underneath, our own software on top. The same kind of platform the biggest carriers run on.
Local presence
We know the community, the rhythms, the holiday calendar, and the way local businesses actually work.
Tailored workflows for your industry.
What Williamsburg asks us first.
- What is the monthly cost?
- $29.95 per seat, every feature included, month to month, no contract. Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are included; sales tax is the only separate line where the state requires it. Add-ons and usage are on the pricing page.
- Will our numbers change?
- No. Your numbers port over at no charge, usually in about a week, and callers never hear a gap.
- Do you come out to Williamsburg?
- The whole switch is done for you from Brooklyn: porting, desk phones that arrive configured and plug into your network, Webex and Callpop setup, staff training, go-live. We do no on-site wiring, so there is nothing to wait for.
- What happens on Erev Yom Tov?
- Nothing, if the schedule is set. The portal holds the Friday early close, Shabbos and Yom Tov in one place, and every greeting and queue follows it. English and Yiddish greetings both work.
- When are you reachable?
- Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday 9 AM to 12 PM Eastern, a person on our team, in English or Yiddish, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. An emergency line covers an outage after hours.
- Is there a contract?
- No contract, month to month. Instead of a trial, a real person shows you the system on your own calls and sets you up the way you want.
